The observed deficiency of an important accumulation of PHN in Mind following the intraventricular administration of (+)-amphetamine as well as the formation of considerable quantities of PHN from (+)-POH in Mind tissue in vivo supports the watch which the aromatic hydroxylation of amphetamine following its systemic administration takes place predo
